This three-day training is organised for anyone interested in understanding and who would like to be able to apply the IPMA Project Excellence Model in their projects, programmes and/or organisations. In addition, this training is for IPMA Project Excellence Award applicant organisations, (potential) Awards Assessors and Judges who would like to participate in the 2023 Global Awards competition. Active Project Excellence Award Assessors are required to participate in this training at least every five years.

Participation in the training costs €995,-.
This amount includes the training venue, three lunches and two dinners, as well as all training materials and a copy of the IPMA Project Excellence Baseline.
The training will take place in the DHL Stadium – which delivered one of the prize-winning projects in the Project Excellence Awards in 2022.
